    i think theyre lying bout the corolla’s handling,i own one i mean i dont hate it,but i dont think its fun to drive n the steer response is just slow

  2. KPKaccountt says:

    @Sicknasty50 “Almost worthy”?That’s funny. I bought a new 2010 S model Ford Focus a month ago and I LOVE it. It’s tight, has great gauges and gets good milage and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. It’s a curious thing how so many folks like to talk as if American car companies are such jokes, when in fact said companies led the entire world by first creating cars. That’s not to say that said companies didn’t drop the ball as far as taking the market for granted but, still, it’s dumb to suggest……

  4. Sicknasty50 says:

    @guyNbluejeans because the nissan has always been better so they can cretique it harder where they were actually surprised the ford is finally managing to put something almost worth buying on the market.

  5. Jigsjigz says:

    “Sporty” Wow… this is “sporty” to americans?

  6. pumpkinman3211 says:

    i would go with the Ford Focus instead all the others

  7. DevPack says:

    man how these cars have changed for 2011…its crazy how the domestics are on top..and the imports are trying to catch up.

    I’ve driven the Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Mazda and Honda, I would say Toyota is best for comfort for all passengers, Honda as the all rounder and Mazda as the most fun to drive, choose your own priorities, it’s the “best car for YOU” test, as everyone has different preferences. I’d chose the Mazda because i like driving and like a car that talks to me through the wheel and chassis. I also prefer a car that is good at avoiding crashes with superior dynamics.

    @Epica124 i mean this:

    they asjust the suspension and steering to what american customers prefer. just as the on board used materials. they are cheaper and harder plastic because american customers over all preferred “value for money” in stead of the highest quality materials

  10. Epica124 says:

    @rickrossthebosz It’s the same damn company. Ford is Ford no matter what country you’re in.

  11. guyNbluejeans says:

    So why do they say more good things about the Ford Focus than the Nissan Sentra, but put the Nissan ahead of the Ford?

  12. rickrossthebosz says:

    @NakedBrunch93

    XD hahahaha respect.

  13. NakedBrunch93 says:

    @rickrossthebosz Oh, there’s no denying that. The three newest cars that I’ve driven were a 2010 Taurus, a 2001 Grand Prix, and A 2005 Maxima. All of them could have been steered with my flaccid wang. The steerings were all ridiculously overboosted, and thumped strangely and wallowed over every pothole. Maybe I’m just used to my Jeep, with heavy steering and a loud BANG as well as a visceral bounce over every stray pebble, but I would kill myself if I had to cruise in one of those assboxes.

  14. rickrossthebosz says:

    @NakedBrunch93

    XD
    haha your right. ive never driven the american focus either, but heard that americans have lower expectations when its about little cars. maybe the american version does drive ( a bit ) like an european. i would hope it for them

  15. NakedBrunch93 says:

    @rickrossthebosz Beh, I’d like to argue, but maybe you’re right. I’ve never driven either Focus, so I don’t have any real idea. Now the interior is just because of incompetent engineers. Nobody actually likes sitting in a garbage can with some silver spray paint on it. But I’d just like to say that critics seem to agree that the Focus handles pretty sharply, and very often they throw the word European around.

  16. rickrossthebosz says:

    @NakedBrunch93

    it might be, but they asjust the suspension and steering to what american customers prefer. just as the on board used materials. they are cheaper and harder plastic because american customers over all preferred “value for money” in stead of the highest quality materials

  17. NakedBrunch93 says:

    @rickrossthebosz
    That’s funny, because the North American Ford Focus is just a facelifted version of the Mk 1 European Focus.

  18. chuntohk says:

    The then-current Jetta should have been able to claim the top spot among these things.

  19. geturblanks says:

    if subaru and mitsubishi the competition would have been killed

  20. mjeatsies says:

    the new mazda 3 is the car that smiles back gold fish

  21. 305pride says:

    well ive driven the mazda3, and my gf owns the new civic, and the mazda3 is wayyy more fun to drive then the civic. cant wait to get my mazda3. but if i had the money, i would have a tough time choosing the mazda3 or the chevy cruze. the cruze is really nice inside and is very nice to drive.

  22. 305pride says:

    funny how these guys say the corolla “isnt” just a transportation appliance, and the rest of the world says it “is” just a transportation appliance .

  23. hangene92 says:

    Thumbs up if you pee on the side of the toilet to make less noise!

  24. twisted5abi says:

    love the civic but the dash looks ugly. corolla still should’ve been first or second

  25. superwindex says:

    cobalt ss super charged looks way better than all those others and go fast haha well atleast my cousains dose 190 down he highway
