Pagani C9 official teaser 2 released – Deus Venti is the name

Hot on the heels of an earlier report that the next generation Pagani Zonda (codenamed C9) could be called “Huayra”, Pagani has released a new teaser video. With a total of five teasers, this second installment gives some faint glimpses of the interior detail emphasizing Pagani craftsmanship. But this teaser video comes along with new information. After following a trail of breadcrumbs leading back to Pagani, it is being reported that another potential name for the much anticipated hypercar is “Deus Venti” which is Latin for “God of the winds”. As previously reported “Huayra” in the indigenous language of Quechua spoken in Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina also means “wind”. Pagani founder Horacio Pagani is Argentinian. The Pagani C9 is expected to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. www.worldcarfans.com
